This release includes:

  • The mod sample with all needed assets and demo maps.
  • The dev-only package that includes only updated game libraries and FGD.
  • The apk for Android (you'll need to manually put the featureful mod folder in your Android Xash3D-FWGS installation)
  • Custom FGD provided by the community with related assets (like entity-specific icons and models) that might help the level designer.

Note: zhlt entities are not included in the FGD. You must add zhlt.fgd to your game profile configuration in the map editor.

Bugfixes

  • Fixed custom visuals of PS2 chargers parts not working for eponymous entity templates.
  • Fixed some JSON schemas that allowed defining redundant properties on objects.

Gunsmoke

Added Gunsmoke effect for weapons.

Client features

  • bucket_slot_sprite feature - allows to set a HUD sprite to use instead of color-filled rectangles in weapon selection HUD.
  • use_divider_sprite feature - allows to use divider HUD sprite instead of manually drawn line between health and armor values and between clip and ammo reserve values.

New soundscripts

Entities

  • Enabled camera bone controller movement on item_healthcharger and item_recharge.
  • Missing sequences on PS2 chargers are not reported as error for custom models anymore. If some sequence is missing the charger resets to the sequence 0.

Visuals

  • "alpha" parameter now can be range (for randomized opaqueness/brightness).

Documentation

Added the Visual effects page with description and screenshots of new visual effects.

Defined the gunsmoke attachments in HL, Op4, TFC and CS weapon templates .
