Creating the initial drag and drop UI

Things in scope for version 0.0.3

• The side bar that shows the profiles + views

• The ability to click a button and add more tabs and drag and drop

• The ability to drag profiles into the main area

• The ability to edit the title and change the display mode of profiles

• In the manage bar have links to add new profiles and edit existing ones

• A Side bar with views in it (only views that have been tagged "contacts")

• Andrews module that makes views safer for only staff to use

• Need to make it so that you can only put the profiles

• Easy Mode/ Advanced mode toggle in the side bar
