Maintenance release for OTOBO 11.0.x.

Fixed

• Cursor now jumps into the text field after inserting a text module (OTRS-1201). The CKEditor 5 insert path introduced with the OTOBO 11 port never focused the editor, so agents had to click into the note field and scroll manually. After inserting, the cursor is now placed right behind the inserted text and the field is scrolled into view. Applies to all screens with text modules (note, phone, email, compose, …).
• Text module list no longer breaks on unexpected category permission data (OTRS-1201). A category whose group permissions were not stored as a JSON array made TextModuleList die with Not an ARRAY reference, which blocked the whole text module widget. The value is now validated; invalid data is logged and the group restriction is ignored instead of taking the widget down.
• Validate RoleID before calling PermissionRoleGroupGet (OTRS-1101).

Internal

• Removed a leftover console.log debug statement.

Upgrade notes

No configuration or database changes. Installing the package and clearing the loader cache is sufficient.
