Maintenance release for OTOBO 11.0.x.
Fixed
- Language selection in the text module form is preselected again (OTRS-1216).
Since OTOBO 11.0.10 a frontend module no longer receives the user preferences
directly; they moved to the session. The module still read the old location, so
the language dropdown came up empty instead of preselecting the agent's language.
Both locations are now read, which keeps the package working on OTOBO before
11.0.10 as well.

- Applied CodePolicy formatting (copyright header, cuddled else, indentation).
No behaviour change.
Upgrade notes
No configuration or database changes. Installing the package is sufficient.
