  up, retrying transient getMe failures for up to two minutes while still
  failing immediately for permanent configuration or token errors.

• Extend the container health start period beyond the bounded Bot API warm-up
  window so health-gated rollouts do not fail while startup is still retrying.
• GitHub Release titles now match their version tags exactly without a project
  name prefix.
