What changed

  • Replaces the previous 22-package compatibility-era workspace with the eleven-package dependency-free native Locus64 workspace from Pass 30.
  • Establishes canonical L64R1 RNA and L64D DNA as the only authority surfaces.
  • Adds proof-producing equality, context-relative closure, direct execution and derivation, ordered L64B transport, native release construction, golden portability fixtures, and source-bound portability receipt infrastructure.
  • Removes the legacy theorem, campaign, research, registry, tower, cache, policy, administration, and compatibility execution island.
  • Preserves the previous repository state at tag pre-pass30-source-import-2026-07-28.

Why

The returned Pass 30 source is a completed native successor rather than an incremental patch. Importing it as one lineage-preserving replacement keeps the old implementation recoverable while preventing deleted authority mechanisms from remaining live through partial merges.

Validation

  • cargo fmt --all --check
  • cargo test --workspace --locked --offline
  • cargo clippy --workspace --all-targets --locked --offline -- -D warnings
  • legacy authority island deletion gate
  • native carrier gate
  • CLI hardening gate
  • process contract gate
  • native scale gate
  • documentation coherence gate
  • golden portability gate
  • portability receipt contract self-test
  • byte-for-byte comparison against all 191 files in the supplied source archive

The shell gate executable bits were restored after Windows ZIP extraction so Linux CI can execute them.
