New features (fully backward compatible, opt-in)

• SVG support: .svg files are now detected and served directly from the media pool, bypassing media manager processing entirely (no srcset/sizes, no cache generation) — SVGs scale natively in the browser and gain nothing from resolution variants.
• Layout-based sizes: new optional $layout parameter for getTag()/getImgTag()/getPictureTag() computes the sizes attribute from container width + column counts instead of merely restating the srcset breakpoints. Omitting it keeps prior behavior unchanged; an explicit $attributes['sizes'] still always wins.
