New feature: Pairing

Users can now extract their pairing file fully on device on SideInstaller. Once that is done, they can either export it as a raw file or insert it directly into the apps that can use it (StikDebug, Feather, Livecontainer, ect.)

Other changes

• New UI
• New installable app: StikDebug
• Fixed error "Developer error 8220: Your team has no devices from which to generate a provisioning profile."
• App now checks for updates and notifies user when there is one
• App now better explains how to revoke a certificate if the user reaches their 3 cert limit
• The app to install is now selected with a dropdown menu
