Hotfix for the V3.0.9 combat movement function registration.

  • Registered virtualizationCanMoveInCombat under its actual Virtualization/Core folder. Arma previously looked for it under Virtualization/System, leaving the helper unavailable for withdrawals and attack advances.
  • Verified all 983 FLO function registrations and the helper's movement decisions in native Arma using the packaged addon.
