Release v3.0.12

Fix campaign bootstrap and faction setup being blocked in normal hosted multiplayer and on clients joining dedicated servers. Startup now waits for the gameplay display instead of treating the persistent main-menu display as a reason to exit.

Restart Arma after updating.
