Simultaneous program loading
With the recent support for simultaneous program loading, I have decided it is time to create a new tag. Currently, the loading must still occur in the kernel stage 2 function, but this is still a massive step. Proper page mapping management now is supported as well.
Proper ELF loading
Since ELF binaries can be loaded with proper arguments, it is time to create another tag as we are entering a new stage in the project.
