Downloads

Install the zinc CLI: curl -fsSL https://github.com/Frulko/zinc/releases/latest/download/install.sh | sh (add -s -- --atelier for the app too).

• zinc-<version>-macos-<arch>.tar.gz: the zinc CLI (bin/zinc, the standard library, templates, plugins with their native libraries); unpack anywhere and link bin/zinc onto your PATH.
• Zinc-Atelier-<version>-macos-<arch>.zip: the Zinc Atelier app, the engine inside; unzip and drag it to Applications.
• zinc-<version>-linux-<arch>.tar.gz: the zinc CLI for Linux (x86_64, aarch64, armhf, i686; glibc 2.28 or later), the same layout as macOS; install.sh picks it. With install.sh --atelier, Zinc Atelier goes into the applications menu.
• Zinc-Atelier-<version>-windows-x86_64.zip: the Zinc Atelier app for Windows, the engine inside; unzip it and open "Zinc Atelier.exe" in the folder.
• zinc-<version>-windows-x86_64.zip: the zinc CLI for Windows 10/11 (bin\zinc.exe, the standard library, templates); install it with irm https://github.com/Frulko/zinc/releases/latest/download/install.ps1 | iex in PowerShell. Not signed yet: SmartScreen may ask you to confirm.
• engines-<host>.tar: the engine packs zinc run --engine v8 (or hermes) downloads from the signed index (nothing to install by hand).
• install.sh, SHA256SUMS: the installer and the checksums it checks; zinc-<os>-<arch>[-beta].manifest: what zinc update reads (stable and beta channels); plugins.lock: the plugin mirrors.

The macOS downloads are not signed or notarized (no signing secrets): right-click > Open on the app the first time.
