First release of the Fry Networks Android companion app.

Provisions ESP-class boards as Fry dVPN endpoint miners:

Bluetooth LE provisioning for the ESP32 family, using the Fry GATT service
Captive-portal provisioning for ESP8266 boards over their own setup network
Algorand wallet entry with full base32 and checksum validation
Local device store, with status read from the device itself
Dark Material 3 interface

Requires Android 8.0 or newer. This is a debug-signed build for sideloading.
The application embeds no server credentials.
