Converting a code repository to FubuRake

1. Delete /buildsupport
2. Delete .gitmodules
3. Delete any copy of ripple.cmd
4. Add Gemfile, copy from FubuCore at a start
5. Make sure that Gemfile.lock is ignored w/ ripple gitignore Gemfile.lock
6. Change the rake file to use FubuRake, use FubuCore as the simplest example
7. Add a *.Docs project if none exists & run fubudocs bottle at least once
8. Edit the project.xml file in the new docs project - be sure to add TeamCityBuildType
9. Enable tagging in TeamCity. Add credentials, change the url to https://, turn off submodules
10. Add a build step in TC for "bundle update"
