• Disable implicit invocation and remove mandatory workflow classification and delivery readiness from ordinary tasks.
• Keep project contracts, focused verification, authority boundaries, and continuity across task turns.
• Replace phrase-based workflow checks with nine real behavioral regression cases and native verification.

Breaking behavior change: projects should route daily work directly through their repository contract. Template delivery remains an explicit operation through the separately released sync plugin.
