Merge pull request #5 from Full-Serios/develop

This PR refactors how GraphQL schemas are loaded and ensures they’re included in the production build. It also updates the build script and Dockerfile to copy schema files into the dist directory.

Switch schema file resolution from process.cwd() to __dirname in src/graphql/schemas/index.ts
Extend the build script in package.json to copy schema files into dist
Adjust Dockerfile to copy only the compiled dist directory’s schemas and remove unused copies
