Initial public GitHub Pages release for PS Dashboard.

Deployed app: https://fulllifegames.github.io/PSDashboard/

Included in this release:

  • Publishes the Vite/React app to GitHub Pages from master.
  • Normalizes replay JSON that omits formatid.
  • Detects custom VGC/doubles replays such as gen9championsvgc2026regmb-2639020147 from replay id/log metadata.
  • Uses a supported doubles simulator format for custom VGC replay branching.
  • Updates @pkmn packages to current patch releases and pins Vite to an audit-clean 8.0.x version.
  • Stabilizes local e2e execution on Windows with an explicit Vite runner.
