Customized Cobblemon spawn levels per dimension, biome, and party level median

Party Level Median

Pokemon should spawn with a level at least 5 below the players party level median, within the minimum and maximum levels listed in Location Level Scaling. Note: Pokemon can spawn over this median level as long as it is below the maximum level listed in Location Level Scaling.

Location Level scaling

Pokemon will only spawn in these dimensions within the range specified. Biome exceptions override the dimensions specified range. Alpha pokemon are exempt from this rule.
