--wait now follows organizer/subagent tasks and returns the final main reply for text, attachments and MCP turns.

  • Accepted messages return runId; use sessions status/wait --run to inspect or resume a turn in another process.
  • Timeouts no longer cancel work. Respond to waiting_input in Doubao, then resume waiting.
  • sessions stop --run cancels the selected turn and its linked tasks, with state readback.
  • README and the Doubao skill include the new commands and recovery behavior.

Validation: 87 unit tests, targeted DoubaoWork E2E, ordinary Doubao fallback waiting, and packed-installation checks. Live artifact collection, MCP calls inside subagents and ordinary Doubao task-tree cancellation remain unverified; see docs/subagent-e2e.md.
