Adds --permission AlwaysAsk|AskOnRisk|FullAccess to sessions create/send --mcp. Defaults to FullAccess on each turn. Pass the flag again on follow-ups to keep another policy.

doubao sessions create "Use my tool" --mcp <connector-id> --permission AskOnRisk --wait

Invalid permission values are rejected before contacting the app. The selected policy is sent to local sandbox preparation and the model request; follow-ups also request a conversation permission update. README and the Doubao skill include usage and limitations.

Doubao handles approvals. This flag does not guarantee approval for every MCP call and does not restrict the server process itself. Native approval dialogs have not been tested end to end.

Validation: 49 tests passed on Node 22 and in the release pipeline, including permission defaults, all modes, and follow-up changes. Current Doubao 2.30.1 module contracts were checked in an isolated VM.
