Refactor: unify data model & add multi-source import

Note from Dev:
Ticket data import has started implementation. currently its messy and will require alot more work knowing that rep names will not be identical between datasets. for the time being the ticket import button will be hidden and its functions not required for report generation.

Major architectural overhaul:

  • Replaced CallData/RepData with unified Call/Rep models; added Ticket/TicketEntry.
  • Centralized data management via MetricsData static class.
  • Added import support for Nextiva, Five9, CallTracker, and Dynamics (Dynamics is currently awaiting test data, it does not work currently).
  • UI: toggles for import source selection, improved notifications, and new import window (currently unsued)
  • Settings now persist import type preferences.
  • Updated report generation to use new models and data flow.
  • Removed obsolete files and improved error handling throughout.
