AI API Gateway Platform - 将 AI 订阅配额分发和管理

修复 v99.7.0 / v99.7.1 缺失 SQL 迁移导致启动失败的问题。

v99.7.0 加了 user_subscriptions.auto_reset_daily 字段到 Ent schema，但是没有提供对应的 SQL 迁移文件（108_add_auto_reset_daily.sql）。

结果：

  • 升级部署后启动时 Ent 查询引用新字段，但数据库表里没有这个列 → 所有订阅相关查询失败
  • CI 集成测试用真实 Postgres 跑测试也失败

新增 backend/migrations/108_add_auto_reset_daily.sql：

ALTER TABLE user_subscriptions ADD COLUMN IF NOT EXISTS auto_reset_daily BOOLEAN NOT NULL DEFAULT FALSE;

应用在 repository.applyMigrationsFS 启动路径（每次启动都会检查并应用新迁移），所以现有部署升级到 v99.7.2 后启动时会自动加这一列。

建议直接升级到 v99.7.2，跳过 v99.7.0 和 v99.7.1。

如果你已经部署了 v99.7.0 或 v99.7.1 发现启动失败或订阅查询出错：直接升到 v99.7.2 即可，无需手动干预。
