First release accompanying the paper "Predicting Fungal Contaminants for Space
Missions Using Proteome-Wide Screening for Protein Orthologs" (Astrobiology).
Browser-based tool that matches a species list against 1,553 curated fungi, each
scored on six contamination-relevant properties (antimicrobial resistance,
biofilm formation, human pathogenicity, thermophily, radiation resistance, spore
formation), and flags likely contaminants with interactive charts. Single static
page — no server, no build step, no data leaves the browser.
