Everything since v0.6.0.

Features

• Breaking: ship the deck firmware as its own release file (776cdc2)
  The packages no longer carry the firmware. Each release publishes it as
  nerd-deck-firmware---proto.bin, and the settings window
  checks GitHub, downloads and verifies it, then has the service install it,
  only when it's newer than the deck's. Automatic updates download it the
  same way.

  BREAKING CHANGE: the D-Bus ReinstallFirmware method is replaced by
  InstallFirmware(path), Status drops bundled, --flash-firmware takes an
  image path, and install.sh no longer builds firmware (--no-firmware is gone).

CI

• release the app and the firmware separately (47ff17a)
  The app is tagged host-v*, the firmware firmware-v*, each with its own
  workflow, version check and release notes, so either can ship without the
  other. Firmware releases never take "Latest", and the app's update check
  reads host-v* tags.
