Critical fixes:

  1. EXPORT/IMPORT DATA
  • Export all tasks as JSON backup file
  • Import from backup to restore or transfer tasks
  • Three-dot menu on mobile, sidebar card on desktop
  • Merge logic: imported tasks added without duplicating existing ones
  1. BACKUP REMINDERS
  • Periodic reminder every 7 days if user has 3+ tasks and hasn't backed up
  • Sidebar warning: tasks are stored on this device only
  • Snooze option to delay reminder by 3 days

  • First-launch welcome screen explaining what RecurKit does
  • Start with sample tasks or start empty
  • Sample tasks: invoice, inventory, domain renewal, weekly report, daily backup

  • One-time banner on Android explaining battery optimization may kill notifications
