Sandboxing | Debug | Notes badges

  • UI: Added a debug icon in the detail sheet to view an app’s enrichment diagnostics. Opens a popover with the captured log and a Copy action.
  • UI: Replaced the text "Refresh" action with a refresh icon button; both debug and refresh buttons now use a bordered style for clarity.
  • Diagnostics: Enrichment now captures all dbg messages per run and exposes them to the UI (and JSON) as a debugLog field.
  • Diagnostics: Ranking output includes per‑candidate reasons (score + signals) to explain why a homepage was preferred.
  • Notes: Vignettes now show a small badge when a user note exists for that app.
  • Sandboxing: Improved directory authorization flow for scanning Applications folders.
