Expands the native UHD backend through the regular seify channel API.

  • Use the published uhd-rs 0.1.3 dependency from crates.io, removing the temporary sibling-checkout requirement.
  • Expose RX2 / TX/RX antenna selection, analog bandwidth, and automatic DC correction through typed and dynamic synchronous and asynchronous APIs.
  • Advertise and accept the full 429.6875 S/s through 61.44 MS/s receive-rate range, deriving bounds from the driver and returning actual quantized rates.
  • Accept SoapyUHD's OFFSET frequency argument alongside lo_offset, including offsets above 8 MHz when the selected master clock permits them.

Validated on a B210 through sync, smol async, and Tokio async hardware tests, including control readback, clock changes, and receive/restart/reopen behavior. Stop RX before a sample-rate change that requires a different master clock.
