About

qc

The QC options were built as I tested the unassigned pipe which (judging from the renders I tested it with) more often than not contained negative values meaning the unassigned pipe was not suitable to add to the rebuild.

(For further reading on the unassigned pipe and how it should be considered as part of the toolset, please see the 'Unassigned Pipe' page.)

Check for negative values (Materials Unassigned Pipe)

qc_mats

As the title describes, checking this option on will trigger a curve tool to run a min and max pixel value check for the selected node for the full frame range set in your script's project settings. (The larger format, longer frame range, more AOVs and higher bitrate your render is will cause this operation to slow so worth considering before you run as this check can be done manually after a rebuild is made).

qc_mats_pos

Check for negative values (Lights Unassigned Pipe)

qc_lights

The same operation as Check for negative values (Materials Unassigned Pipe) but for the lightgroups rebuild.
