Fixes

• Images whose contents don't match their extension no longer fail to optimise, a JPEG named .png is compressed as a JPEG
• Fixed a possible crash while optimising an image, when a compression pass had to be retried
• Fixed a possible freeze when optimising a file that sits on a slow, sleeping or network drive
• Fixed a possible freeze when starting a batch with many or large files
• Optimising from the Services menu shows failures on the result card, instead of leaving it stuck on "Optimising" with the file quietly untouched
• Files in a read-only folder report which folder can't be written to, instead of a message naming the file. The original is left intact either way

Improvements

• Placeholder icons on result cards show up instantly
• Folders, templates and pipeline paths are stored as ~/Pictures instead of /Users/name/Pictures, so settings synced through iCloud keep working on a Mac with a different username
• A save location typed as ~/Pictures/%f now saves there, instead of creating a folder called ~ next to the file
