Source Installation and Removal

The v1.0.0 source archives have been rebuilt to include the source uninstall target,
updated removal instructions and standalone subtitle workers. Installations use
only the lurviko command and desktop entry. Download the updated archives and
verify them against the accompanying SHA256SUMS.

Keep the build directory used for a source installation, including its
install_manifest.txt. To remove a per-user source installation:

cmake --build build --target uninstall
update-desktop-database "$HOME/.local/share/applications"

For a system-wide source installation, run the uninstall target with sudo.
The uninstall target removes installed application files while retaining user
settings, library data, downloaded models, caches and encrypted vaults.

AUR/package installations are removed with sudo pacman -Rns lurviko;
the updated source is packaged as 1.0.0-2.
