    Add Perl 5.40 builds. 5.38 is skipped as static builds were
      broken on Perl 5.38,

    Use build versions of core Perl scripts instead of system
      versions. Cpanel-JSON-XS uses pod2text which errored out when
      system pod2text was used with build libraries.
    Add make test results to releases
    Deprecate 5.36 builds, report if anything that worked on 5.36
      APPerl doesn't work on 5.40.
