Fix: fdp login can now re-consent when the pelican refresh token has expired (#12).
pelican gates fresh interactive token acquisition on its stdout being a TTY. _pelican_get_token captured stdout with a pipe, so fdp login failed with This program must be run in a terminal to acquire a new token once the cached refresh token lapsed (it worked only while silent renewal was possible).
pelican is now run under a pseudo-terminal (_run_in_pty): the device-approval URL/prompts stream live to the user while the token is still captured, and _extract_token was hardened to parse the interleaved stream. Silent renewal is unchanged.
