feat(web): simplify MiniApp submission form

Summary

• Main submission flow now only asks for: installed app → public name → description → screenshots → submit. Everything else (slug, release number, category, min BitFun version, tags, changelog, license, repository URL) is auto-filled from the installed app and tucked into a collapsed Advanced options section with a one-line summary (slug · release · category · license) so nothing is hidden blindly.
• Changelog is no longer required in the UI; when left blank it auto-fills with a localized default ("Initial release." / "General updates and improvements.").
• Fixed a latent submit bug: the form could send both an SPDX expression and a custom license URL, which the marketplace server rejects (invalid_license). SPDX now takes precedence.
• Locale keys added to en-US / zh-CN / zh-TW.

Note: the first commit carries over in-progress miniapp gallery polish that was uncommitted in the working copy; the form change is the second commit.
