Documentation of v2.2.1 optics files

Particle properties are as in Table 1 of Kemppinen et al. 2022 except for brown carbon. For dust shape we use a spheroidal distribution based on the GRASP kernels.

For brown carbon we assume a number mode radius of 0.08 um (sigma = 1.50) and a reduced hygroscopic growth factor after Das et al. 2024.
