What's Changed

  • This release includes updates that permit two user options:
  1. optional residual instance, set in RRG_GridComp.rc
  2. choose the mixing assumption for surface uptake of instances.
    -- e.g. WellMixedSurfaceExchange: .true. means that all instances are considered well mixed, and any uptake at the surface will remove from ALL instances proportionally, even if the flux is into a specific instance. So that if there are two instances i1 an i2 that are equal, and the i1 flux has a surface uptake, it will take .5 of the flux out of i1 and .5 out of i2.
    -- WellMixedSurfaceExchange: .false. means that a surface uptake will only remove material from a specified instance.
