Updates for Compatibility with the Latest NIFS-QST Plasma Simulator

  • Build and Job Management
    Updated Makefile, sub.q, and shoot script to align with recent replacement of the NIFS-QST plasma simulator (for sub-system A).

  • Output Format
    Set binary output in Zarr format as the default configuration option.
