This new version integrates the simulation module of GMACS

Changes include:

Updates in the .TPL file
1. Corrected the override of the initialization of selectivity
2. Small changes in the Format of the gmacsAll.out
Few updates on the UpdateGMACS.R scripts
some changes in the repo
