🔧 R-Shell 3.0.3 — Settings Refresh & macOS Monitor Fixes

This patch release ships a completely redesigned Settings experience with a self-service keyboard-shortcut editor, fixes macOS system-monitor readings (memory, CPU, and network bandwidth), and stops hidden sidebar panels from doing background work. Dependency maintenance is also included: all 12 outdated major-dependency versions were refreshed or migrated.
