v1.0.0 - Secrets Scanner & Redaction

Initial release. Scanner now successfully finds secrets in repositories. The latest updates fixed a bug so that secrets are safely redacted by default. A special thanks to @MichaelMVS for submitting the PR resolving unredacted credentials! We've also included an --unsafe-show-secrets\ flag to selectively reveal them when you actually need it.
