Settings to control publish history

• Add a published_file_fields (same as tk-multi-breakdown2) to be able to dynamically add fields to the data returned when querying for Published File in the history
• Add a publish_history_group_by_fields to allow more control of what fields need to match the current Published File to be part of its history. By default, it's still the same value as before, ["project", "task", "entity", "name", "published_file_type"].
