Adds a SECURITY.md directing vulnerability reports to GitHub private vulnerability reporting (Security tab, Report a vulnerability), now enabled on this repo.
The policy sets best-effort response expectations appropriate for a research platform, with no formal SLA or fixed supported-version matrix.
No code changes. Maintainer merges when ready.
