Recover missing current and lifetime peak ranks from identity-verified Tracker profiles. Keep available private-profile stats with an accuracy warning.
Add configurable, exact-request cached responses for transient outages, defaulting to a maximum age of 24 hours. Cached responses are labeled; live state, history, forced refreshes, and current-season verification remain excluded. Account search can fall back to RivalsData.
Validation: 234 API tests passed, Ruff passed, wheel and source archive built and inspected. Existing calls remain compatible.
