The three 'metadata schema 2.0.0' links no longer pointed to the schema definition: https://code.gov/about/compliance/inventory-code now 301-redirects to an unrelated digital.gov policy page, and the old www.code.gov/#/policy-guide/... SPA URL is dead. Point all three at the current, authoritative schema definition at GSA/code-gov-data/schemas/schema-2.0.0.json. Fixes GSA#170
