Merge catalog-relevant legacy content, fix harvester doc drift - catalog.data.gov: add Collections (current waf-collection/isPartOf mechanism) and Automated tasks (Restart/Sitemaps/Snyk/Check-DB-Models workflows) sections; reorder so data-model topics (Search, Collections, Duplicate datasets) and ops topics (Logs, Automated tasks, Deployment) each group together - Collections.md, Automated-O&M-Tasks.md: point forward to the new catalog.data.gov sections, note these pages now describe only the legacy catalog and inventory.data.gov - Harvesting-2.0.md, harvest.data.gov.md: remove Redis, which is not a dependency anywhere in datagov-harvester - Harvest-O&M-and-Debugging.md: fix dead app/routes.py line-number link and add missing /api prefix to Harvest API example URLs, matching the current app/api/query.py routing
