[Bug] Drag-and-drop re-ordering of question options doesn't work after editing the label on an option

Steps to reproduce:

1. Find a multiple-option question to edit (of type combo box, dropdown, radio buttons or checkbox). Make sure it has at least 2 existing options.
2. Click on an existing option's label to edit it. Edit the text or value and click the save button.
3. Use drag-and-drop to re-order the options in the question.

Expected behavior: The re-ordering succeeds.
Actual behavior: The re-ordering fails with an alert that reads "Failed to update question option order".

Workaround: Drag-and-drop re-ordering will work if you reload the page after step 2.
