The wrench to not affect the resin state of the wood block.

The Reality

The blocks state is cycled in a weird way when clicked with a wrench.

Your Proposal

The wrench should rotate the block like it does for other blocks without effecting its resin state. Not a major bug, and may be quite helpful to early game progression.

I'm commenting on this to say this bug still exists in 2.7 RC1.

I've come to understand that IC2 is ARR, so I'm assuming this can't be fixed quickly, but I wanted to provide additional video proof in case it was going to be fixed in the future.
