Fixed

  • /gtr:update reported a stale upstream version when the latest tag was pushed without a published GitHub Release. Step 1 now queries git ls-remote --tags first (tags are the source of truth) and only falls back to gh release list if the ls-remote call fails. Previously the order was inverted, so a tag-only push made /gtr:update report the older published release as "latest".
