Plugin installation no longer requires GitHub SSH keys: the marketplace source is now an explicit HTTPS url-type source, keeping the release tag pin while bypassing the installer's SSH default for github-type sources. Reported in #9 by @ArchitektApx. Users of other affected marketplaces can set CLAUDE_CODE_PLUGIN_PREFER_HTTPS=1.
