Here is the 1st release.

The 1.4 includes :

Dial — time, date, battery neon ring, weather/notifications/Bluetooth dots. Swipe up = menu, swipe down = quick settings.

Ring menu — icons around the dial, swipe left/right = pages, tap = launch. Long press + drag = drag-and-drop to rearrange (persists in Flash).

Notifications — offline cache, received via BLE/HTTP, long press = clear all.

Weather — pushed via phone/dashboard or Wi-Fi auto-fetch, remains displayed offline.

Music — now-playing pushed by phone, previous/play-pause/next buttons returned via BLE.

Activity — steps counted via IMU, progress ring. No real compass (no magnetometer).

Alarms — 3 persistent time slots, adjustable by tap. Full-screen alarm (tap = stop, swipe up = 5-minute snooze).

Stopwatch — tap = start/stop, swipe up = lap/reset.

Timer (offline) — presets 1/5/10 min, full-screen alert.

World Time (offline) — 5 cities with fixed offsets, swipe to navigate.

Settings — brightness, offline, lock, factory reset.

Quick Settings (swipe down) — offline, do not disturb, flashlight, lock.

Screen Saver (AOD) — neon dot clock, redrawn once per minute.

Touch Sleep — screen off + light sleep after inactivity, instant wake on tap, no buttons.

First-Time Setup Assistant — Wi-Fi (AperWatch-Setup access point) OR Bluetooth (direct connection) OR "Not Now" button → manual time setting. Closes automatically as soon as a proper sync arrives via any method.

Under the hood: BLE (NimBLE, custom GATT profile notifications/weather/time/music), HTTP server + embedded web dashboard, OTA WiFi, NVS storage (preferences, alarms, menu order, cache).
