FUNCMAP is a Nextflow DSL2 pipeline for downstream read-mapping-based functional and antimicrobial resistance profiling of shotgun metagenomic data.

This release was validated on a complete 250-sample shotgun metagenomic dataset using SLURM and Apptainer.
